Terms and Conditions for Web Hosting

In signing up for a hosting account with Yet Another Hoster, you agree to our terms and conditions for web hosting. We believe these terms and conditions to be both reasonable and fair; they exist to protect our customers, our suppliers, other Internet users and - or course - ourselves. Hosting Partners: Any company or individual from whom we lease or resell services of any kind

1. We reserve the right to terminate any account, at any time, as deemed by us.
2. We are not responsible for any interruption of service or loss of data, and accept no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss.
3. We take no responsibility for any information loaded to our customers accounts or servers. We do not have the time or inclination to police customers' data. If any misuse of our services is brought to our attention by the proper authorities we will terminate or suspend the offending account without warning or refund. In addition to this, if any customer is found to be serving illegal material, that customer will be reported to the appropriate authority.
4. We reserve the right to refuse to serve the materials of any existing user making inappropriate or unreasonable use of hosting services or an applicant whose planned web presence activities are deemed to have the potential of creating negative impact on ourselves or any of our hosting partners' abilities to serve our/their customers.
5. Inappropriate or unreasonable includes:
   • Providing copyrighted materials without authorization.
   • Providing obscene or offensive materials (e.g. pornographic materials).
   • Providing materials, whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability of our or our hosting partners' servers to serve other users' web presence (instances including but not limited to unreasonable consumption of disk space, Internet link bandwidth, CPU, and memory usage) as determined by us.
   • Providing materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet.
   • Providing materials that are deemed by the government authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such government determinations will be binding on the user, not on us or any of our hosting partners.
6. The customer will fully indemnify us and/or our hosting partners against liability (of any nature), which may befall us/them as a result of the customers legal or illegal use of the services.
7. We will not provide refunds.
8. Any accounts that cause our servers and/or the servers of our hosting partners to be attacked in any way will be terminated without refund.
9. "Spamming" or any type of UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail) is strictly prohibited, and your account may be closed immediately if you are found to be doing so.
10. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
